Before Pokemon Go created an augmented reality frenzy - Ingress was already tagging landmarks across the globe.
We tried playing Ingress ( https://www.ingress.com/ ) one time and it killed our cell phone battery faster than we could hack the node that was apparently in on our office. If this sounds confusing, it was.
Of course, 2 years later, "hacking" became "capturing Japanese dinosaurs" and Pokemon GO was born with the same map and identical functionality.
One of the hippest hipsters we know was a member of the Ingress Resistance and needed some steel 3D prints to use as a branding iron.
